I've also left some information below
Keep things cool, clean, and gentle for the first 24 hours.
Try to wear loose and comfortable clothing and nothing that is too tight or may rub and cause friction.

Try not to panic if you notice any redness straight after your waxing appointment. This is totally normal and should calm down within a few hours.
Avoid any creams or lotions following your waxing appointment. If you are struggling with any sensitivity I recommend using a little Aloe Vera gel to help sooth your skin
For the first 24–48 hours after your waxing appointment, try to avoid anything that could irritate the skin.
Avoid hot baths or showers - you can shower after your appointment but keep it lukewarm.
Avoid saunas and steam rooms
Avoid intensive workouts and exercise (or any activities that could cause friction on the skin)
Avoid fake tan

Consistency is more important than going too harsh.
Exfoliation is key to avoiding ingrowns.
A few simple things make a big difference.
Regular exfoliation (after the first few days)
Keeping the skin moisturised
Avoid tight clothing straight after waxing
Stick to a regular waxing schedule
If you’re prone to ingrowns, I can always recommend products that work best 💛
Ideally every 4–6 weeks to keep everything consistent and get the best results.
Waxing is a process and your results get better the more consistent you are.
After your wax, your skin is a little more sensitive and your hair follicles are still open.
Heat (like hot showers, baths, saunas, or the gym) can:
Increase redness and irritation
Make the area feel sore or “stingy”
Encourage sweat and bacteria
Lead to breakouts or ingrown hairs
It’s best to keep things cool and calm for the first 24–48 hours 💛
